  1. First, we analyze samples of each participant's writing, and provide everyone with a written summary of areas that require special attention.
  2. During the in-house training workshop, participants learn clear-cut writing methods. They also practice their new skills in groups and on their own. By working in groups, they develop a team approach to writing so that your organization's documents deliver a consistent tone. Working independently on their own writing issues, with individual attention and support from an experienced writer/facilitator, allows participants to take a more objective, professional approach to their work.
  3. Even after the workshop's over, we remain committed to improving participants' writing. It takes time to become a better writer, so participants receive ongoing support composing those important emails and reports.
